Pet retail is deemed an essential business due to the needs of our beloved pets and we want to assure you we are still OPEN 7 days per week, with normal hours of 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am – 5pm Sunday and most Public Holidays.

Normal Grooming has commenced and increased from Wednesdays to Saturdays. We strongly encourage you to book for grooming as this is our busiest time of the year.

Our $5 DIY dog wash has re opened – no need to book nor for our $10 nail clips welcome anytime.

As per government guidelines and as an essential business we are not required to check your vaccination status, we ask that you follow our covid safe plan of QR check-in code which is located above our sanitiser station upon entry and at our front counter, masks (unless you are exempt) must be worn whilst on our premises. For your protection our team are all fully vaccinated and are regularly following all procedures as per our covid safe plan.
